Itinerary

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet your professional safari guide, who will drive you to Arusha to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Arusha, also known locally as “A” Town, is located at the base of Mount Meru, Africa’s fifth highest peak. The city benefits from a pleasant climate and a lush green environment due to its elevation. Arusha is not a particularly appealing city in and of itself, and many visitors regard it as little more than a necessary stopover before their safari begins in earnest. However, the natural charm of the Tanzanians and the buzz of a fast-growing city mean that Arusha has plenty to offer for those who are prepared to see beyond their air-conditioned safari trucks and satellite-TV-equipped hotel rooms.
Accommodation: Gran Melia Arusha

After breakfast at your lovely lodge, which is surrounded by a large coffee farm, your guide will pick you up and drive you to Tarangire
National Park for a full day of game viewing. Your driver will set and prepare the table for a fully hot lunch that includes soup, bread rolls, the main course, and fruit salad. To be followed by a glass of wine, tea, or coffee. After lunch, we’ll go on a game drive until the evening, when we’ll return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
The park is off the main safari route a little. Tarangire National Park is a beautiful and peaceful park in Northern Tanzania known for its elephant migration, birding, and authentic safari atmosphere.
The majority of travellers to the region either miss out on Tarangire altogether or venture into the park for a matter of hours leaving parts of Tarangire virtually untouched.
Accommodation: Maromboi tented Lodge

You will have a leisurely breakfast at the lodge today. After breakfast, you can go on a walking safari with an experienced Masai guide, and then return to the lodge for lunch. After a day of exploring the bush, you’ll enjoy a leisurely sundowner on the tranquil shores of Lake Manyara with a drink in hand, before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Accommodation: Maramboi tented Lodge

We’ll leave the camp after breakfast and transfer to Lake Manyara Airstrip for your flight to Serengeti South. (A 2-night all-inclusive stay at Olakira migrational Lodge, an authentic private lodge.)
The Southern Serengeti is a secluded haven perched atop massive stone boulders, surrounded by ancient coral trees and acacias, and overlooking the Arugusinyai River’s rocky gorge. Untamed landscapes vibrantly lush with plant life, freshwater springs, and a diverse array of wildlife stretch out before you. You will also have the
opportunity to visit and dance with a real Datoga tribe and an authentic Masai tribe, as well as learn about their rich culture.
Accommodation: Olakira migrational Lodge

After breakfast at the lodge, we’ll go on a morning game drive to the airstrip, where you’ll take a short flight to Seronera, the Serengeti’s central region. You’ll arrive in time for an afternoon game drive before heading to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
This section of the park is well-known for its healthy population of other resident wildlife, particularly the big five, which are named after the five most prized trophies taken by hunters. Some of these are lions: the Serengeti is thought to have the largest lion population in Africa, owing to the abundance of prey species. This ecosystem is home to over 3,000 lions. African Leopard: these elusive predators are commonly seen in the Seronera region but are present throughout the national park with a population of around 1,000.
Accommodation: kubu kubu Serengeti Serengeti

Take your hot air balloon safari early in the morning. After that, return to the camp for breakfast before embarking on a full-day game drive in the park. Seronera is the habitat of large cats. In the evening, your guide will prepare sundowner drinks for you before returning to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Accommodation: kubu kubu Serengeti

After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day tour of the crater. Your driver will set the table and prepare it for a hot lunch of soup, bread rolls, the main course, and fruit salad, followed by a
glass of wine or tea and coffee. Drive to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
The crown jewel of Ngorongoro is a deep, volcanic crater, the world’s largest unflooded and unbroken caldera. The Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder that is about 20 kilometres across, 600 meters deep, and 300 square kilometres in size. We will go to Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the crater’s southwestern corner that is one of the crater’s main features. Flamingos, hippos, and other water birds are frequently spotted here.
Accommodation: Ngorongoro the retreat Lodge

After breakfast, take a morning walk along the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, then return to the lodge for lunch before departing for Arusha and your overnight stay at the Legendary Lodge.
The Ngorongoro Crater Rim walk is an excellent way to get out of the car after several days of wildlife viewing without committing to serious walking or trekking. It allows you to see tracks and signs and experience the sense of isolation that comes with trekking through the African bush. To protect you from dangerous wildlife, an expert guide and armed ranger will accompany you on the walk.
To start your Ngorongoro Crater Rim hike, you will drive to the starting point. The walk follows the Western rim of the Crater past the spectacular Oloirobi viewpoint. There are patches of forest to begin with and later it opens up into grassland. There are spectacular views down into the Crater on your right as you walk and then some more great views emerge to your left towards Olduvai Gorge, the Serengeti and the Gol mountains.
Accommodation: Kili Season Lodge

Leisure breakfast and lunch at the lodge and depending on your departure flight back home, you will be transferred to the Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Accommodation: No accommodation (End of tour)
